Get a guy friend or 3 - Load up your Jeep / Dune Buggy / Motorcycle - Pick a direction or destination and GO.
Maybe hit the beaches, the mountains, the ski slopes, the zip line canyons, the alpine peaks, the tropical reefs, the far flung foreign cityscapes ~ where ever.
